At Paper Artistry, we take great care in packaging our products to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. To be eligible for an exchange, customers are required to record an unboxing video at the time of receiving the package. Exchanges will only be processed if the product is found damaged in the unboxing video.

In case of damage, the product must be returned to our office. Once we receive the damaged item, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost, and we will cover the shipping charges for the replacement.
